|Company||Iron Bow Technologies|
|Location||Ramstein Air Base (RMS), 66877 Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany|
Iron Bow is seeking network professionals to support a project which will provide Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) based information technology (IT) services across the USAFE-AFAFRICA Theater. This includes several complex implementations of Microsoft, VMware, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), Cisco, Brocade, Enterprise Management Collaboration (EMC), and Data Domain technologies that provide core cyberspace operations services to the USAFE-AFAFRICA units throughout the theater. These technologies must interoperate with, and/or transition to, Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), or commercial enterprise capabilities. USAFE-AFAFRICA requires local support to design, document, implement, maintain, and optimize its virtualization technologies, as well as training support.
Place of Performance: Headquarters, U. S. Air Force Europe (USAFE) / Air Forces Africa (AFAFRICA) Ramstein AFB, Germany (TESA)
Candidate will provide systems analysis support to analyze USAFE-AFAFRICA IT environments, supported by network characterization and documentation, to determine IT system dependencies and vulnerabilities.
The initial and primary focus will be on USAFE-AFAFRICA NIPRNet and SIPRNet infrastructures; however, the scope could expand to other networks with equal or higher classifications.
As USAFE-AFAFRICA further consolidates its communications infrastructure (e.g., data center consolidation, and European infrastructure consolidation efforts), it must do so with minimal impact to key mission capabilities.
While the candidate will not be responsible for identifying or prioritizing key mission capabilities, will work with other government and contractor personnel, as part of Integrated Project Teams to identify supporting communications and infrastructure and map those supporting capabilities to key missions identified.
