Iron Bow is seeking network professionals to support a project which will provide Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) based information technology (IT) services across the USAFE-AFAFRICA Theater. This includes several complex implementations of Microsoft, VMware, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), Cisco, Brocade, Enterprise Management Collaboration (EMC), and Data Domain technologies that provide core cyberspace operations services to the USAFE-AFAFRICA units throughout the theater. These technologies must interoperate with, and/or transition to, Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), or commercial enterprise capabilities. USAFE-AFAFRICA requires local support to design, document, implement, maintain, and optimize its virtualization technologies, as well as training support.

Document network topologies and rack elevations.
Audit equipment during on-site visits.
Collects and analyses data on systems, routers, and other hardware.
May be responsible for budgeting, including estimating costs of materials and labor as well as anticipating potential future expenses.
Primary subject matter expert for network management systems (Cisco Prime and Solar Winds), Configures networks, remote access systems, computers, and periphery equipment.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (substitution with experience acceptable – 4 years)
Secret Clearance is required
Cisco Certified Network Associate – Route and Switch
At least 5 years of experience in designing, monitoring, and maintaining computer networks; or possess at least 9 years of experience in designing, monitoring, and maintaining computer networks.
At least 3 years of this experience, within the last 5 years, should be directly related to AF cyberspace operations and its implementation within any one of its theater of operations.
All qualifying experience must have been within the 9 years immediately preceding the date of the start of employment under this task order.
A high level of experience in network technology, communications systems, data processing systems, information systems security, and project management. In addition, contract personnel shall have demonstrated experience with architecture design, engineering, implementation, integration, and sustainment of enterprise systems.
Excellent communication skills, both with team members and customers across multiple organizational levels.
In addition, the contractor shall be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent complex projects and coordinate the work of others.
